"Technology for Consensus Building in Regional Construction"
Town Safety / Security maps and VR modelling

Mr. Hiroo Kasagi, Representative of NPO Chiikizukuri Kobo

Smooth interaction between entrepreneurs and citizens is necessary for them to develop good community. One method to do is an interaction in a workshop form. but, it is the most effective at deepening mutual understanding over their interests for interested parties to walk to a site, share an awareness, and visualize it on a map. Utilizing VR-Studio(TM) allows them to communicate more deeply. Also, it is expected to reflect to designs easily, making up the randomness of data, workshop weakness. So, to provide a topic, I introduce a part of my work, a model in an area, which is that how communication can be possible by reflecting the workshop results of my map creating on 3D VR.
