Lecturer: Mr. Kent Larson
(Principal Research Scientist, City Science Group, MIT Media Lab.)
Mr. Kent Larson specializes in future urban design using methods such as advanced simulation and AR, and runs a number of projects to include transformable micro-housing and mobility-on-demand systems for a car sharing project. He runs a lab in Hamburg, Andorra, Taipei, and Boston where he conducts his research on urban living.

- "Sustainability of Physical Infrastructures through Innovations in Sensing and Materials"
Lecturer: Dr. Oral Buyukozturk (Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering, MIT)
His research interests include general building and civil engineering, concrete and structures, earthquake engineering, as well as innovative designs and technologies for durable and sustainable physical infrastructure projects. Recently, he has made proposals for monitoring structures using sensor systems that do not require a power source.
