FORUM8 has been certified as "2023 Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization (large enterprise category)" by the METI for 3 consecutive years

FORUM8 Co., Ltd. has been certified as "2023 Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization (large enterprise category)", which is selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi.

This certificate is given to companies that are conducting the very healthy management and strategically working on the health control of employees from the view of management. FORUM8 was certified in the large enterprise section 3 years in a row since 2021.

We are publishing our "Health management policy" and has implemented the Pelvis work stretch to prevent accidents at workplace and the reduction of the employees' productivity, and Health&Sports Leave to promote communications among the employees. We have also acquired the certifications such as "Healthy Company (Silver)" and "Eruboshi certification (based on the Act of Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace)", and "Kurumin Certification" as a childcare support company. In addition to these external activities, we also set the "Work style reform" internally. We will continue our company-wide reform of work styles so that our diverse workforce in the software business can maintain their physical and mental health and continue to work with a spirit of sociality and cooperation.
