UC-win simulation
 Product Overview
This product is a software that targets elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, and any other students who are 18 years old or younger, to provide virtual reality design for education usage at a special price.
In the UC-win/Road Ver.9.1 Education version released this time, the basic operation is as it was, and functions equivalent to the UC-win/Road Ver.9.1 Advanced is available. Due to the availability of the variety of functions and data cooperation, a wide range of virtual reality design experience from an easy design and creation of a town to an advanced data cooperation is provided.
 Function introduction
In this product, a function equivalent to the UC-win/Road Ver.9.1 Advanced is available. It automatically performs operations such as changing the environment and the position of the view point, and script editing for the landscape presentation of the town designed and scenario editing making the assumption of various driving situations are available as usual.
Here, part of the newly added plug-ins are introduced.

Point cloud plug-in
It is a plug-in that makes it possible to load tens of thousands of point data collected by a 3D laser scanner into UC-win/Road. Various utilization such as using for designing structure models and roads, measuring and surveying of terrain and buildings is possible.

Exodus plug-in
It is a plug-in that can conduct an evacuation simulation by loading the result analyzed by building EXODUS into UC-win/Road.

Noise simulation plug-in
It is a plug-in that calculates and displays the spread of sound by setting a sound source and a sound receiving surface in the 3D space of the UC-win/Road. It analyzes the sound pressure level at each sound receiving point on the sound receiving surface taking in consideration the effects of ground surface and structures.

xpswmm plug-in
It is a plug-in that performs the drawing of flood flow, sewer system and pipe flow by loading the flood analysis result analyzed by xpswmm into UC-win/Road.

  Differences from other editions
A mutual data cooperation between the Education version and the Commercial version cannot be performed. Loading a project file saved by the Commercial version in the Education version is possible, but please be aware that a project file saved by the Education version cannot be loaded in the Commercial version.
Also, the RDE format saved by the older version of the Education version cannot be loaded as the RDE format of the Ver9.1 Education version is a different data.

The savable project file format is the RDE(*.rde) format. RDE format is a file format only usable in the Education version.
