 Introduction
In the "Standard Specification Form for Concrete Established in 2012" [Design: Main Edition] 9 Near-Field Finite Element Analysis ", the second derivative invariant of deviation strain and normalized cumulative strain energy are incorporated as damage indices. WCOMD Studio Ver 1.01.00 has addressed these issues.
Deviation strain The second invariant is calculated by the following formula.

Normalized cumulative strain energy is calculated by the following formula.

From these, we calculate the index for which the weighted averaging process was performed by the following formula.

Here εx, εy, γxy are the strain components in the x- and y-directions, εij and σij are the two-dimensional tensor and the strain and stress at the Gauss point, f is the amount corresponding to the maximum stress of the concrete under compressive stress, In one calculation step, s is the distance from the Gaussian point, and L is the radius of the averaging region.
 Case of input and result
The input screen is as shown in Fig.1. The limit values for each weighted average index of deviation distortion second invariant and normalized cumulative strain energy are 1000μ and 1500μ respectively.

In the result screen, the check result and the contour diagram (Fig. 2, Fig. 3) are displayed. Figure 4 shows the time history graph of the averaged deviation distortion second invariant and the time history graph of the averaged normalized cumulative strain energy.
