March 18th Hanoi Special Lecture
Lecturer: Mr. Huynh Xuan Tin (Department of Informatics in Civil Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Transport and Communications, Lecturer)
He is a lecturer in the Department of Informatics in Civil Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Transport and Communications; and the President of broBIM V7 Engineering and Technology Ltd. He has published a number of research papers on BIM and has extensive experience as a BIM manager for actual work such as the development of residential urban areas including bridges, roads and infrastructure.

Theme
"Latest information on BIM utilization in Vietnam construction industry"

In this lecture, he will explain the outline of BIM, its benefits and issues, and the solutions via BIM implementation in general construction including transportation in Vietnam.
March 24th Seoul Special Lecture
Lecturer: Ph.D Kim, Joong Hyo (Doctor of Transportation Engineering, Road Traffic Authority)
PhD in Transportation Engineering, conducting national R&D projects related to autonomous driving as a senior researcher, and participating in major research that establishes methods for evaluating the driving ability of autonomous vehicles and obtaining licenses.

Theme
"Evaluation Method of Autonomous Vehicle Driving Ability Based on Virtual Reality"

In order to secure the safety of autonomous vehicle driving, it is necessary to evaluate autonomous vehicle driving technologies in various situations based on the road and traffic environment in which the autonomous vehicle will actually drive. Therefore, we used UC-win/Road based on general driver's license test questions to present a virtual reality-based autonomous vehicles driving ability evaluation tool among various driving ability test method. Based on this, it was intended to test driving ability for unexpected situations in complex and diverse driving environments, and to confirm its practical applicability as an optimal tool for autonomous vehicle ability test and evaluation.
March 30th Shanghai Special Lecture
Lecturer: Sky Lo Tian Tian (Harbin Institute of Technology(Shenzhen)School of Architecture Assistant Professor)
Prof. Lo received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the National University of Singapore. He received his Ph. D. from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and joined the School of Architecture of Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) in 2018. His main areas of expertise are parametric digital architecture, urban planning, high-density residential design, and gamified interactive design.

Theme
"Case Studies on the Use of VR in BIM projects and Future Proposals"

This lecture will introduce a bottom-up participatory architectural design concept, using VR, BIM and other high-tech and digital tools, combined with digital sandbox interaction, remote virtual collaborative design and other forms to achieve human expression in design.
April 6th Sydney Special Lecture
Lecturer: Prof. Luke Downey (School of Health Sciences, Swinburne University of Technology)
Professor Luke Downey leads the Drugs and Driving Research Unit at Swinburne, managing a team of research assistants, PhD students and postdoctoral fellows. Alongside his research in human psychopharmacology, Dr Downey also examines how individual differences in emotional intelligence contribute to human behaviour. Professor Downey received his PhD in Psychology in 2010 from Swinburne University and subsequently undertook postdoctoral work at Swansea University, and was a visiting scholar at Harvard Medical School in 2015.

Theme
"The effects of medical cannabis consumption upon simulated driving"

Professor Luke Downey’s past research has focused on the effects of alcohol and other drugs including stimulants and benzodiazepines upon behaviour including driving. In this lecture, he will introduce his research on the effect of medicinal cannabis consumption upon simulated driving using a Driving Simulator.
