Information

  • New purchase
    Net PRO price is added on to the license price.
    Single Net PRO protection key is required for both of multiple products and multiple licenses.

  • Additional purchase of Net PRO
    Additional purchase of NetPRO should be for another client machine.
    (daisy chain connection is not supported)

  • Additional purchase of license on existing NetPRO environment
    Only product license price is required. Please send us the Net PRO serial number.
    We will send the password to update the protection key with RUS tool.

  • Replacement of damaged Net PRO
    US$200+tax: We will do an exchange of the existing NetPRO to a new key after receiving old one.
    Hardware protection (Sentinel) costs US$100+tax.

  • Exchange Net PRO to USB protection key
    Please send back Net PRO. Additional charge for each hardware protection key is required.
    (US$100 x number of keys)
    License purchased in license pack cannot be divided.

  • Installation service
    When you purchase NetPRO, we will provide the installation service. Install fee : US$300 + tax + travel expenses.

  • You may not assign, transfer or lease NetPRO to any third party regardless of whether or not compensation is received. NetPRo uses HASP key of Aladdin for network.

  • NetPRO is applied only when it is used in the LAN environment at the same office of the same company at the same location. Any use at other offices is never allowed.
    To use NetPRO outside the registered customer site, you must purchase "Subscription WAN" that allows usage of FORUM8 products via WAN (Wide Area Network).
