How many program licenses can be registered by single protect key? |

Up to 29 program licenses can be registered by single NetPRO protect key.
However, you can use NetPRO up to the number of licenses you have bought
at the same time. |

How many specific (for example UC-win/Road) licenses can be be registered
by a single protect key? |

Up to 10 licenses can be registered by one NetPRO protect key. |

Can protection key for NetPRO be connected to other protection key? |

Protection keys can be connected to third party keys even if one protection
key belongs to FORUM8 and the other belongs to a third party. However,
FORUM8 protection key cannot be connected to other FORUM8 protection keys.
That is because protect key manufacturer has an individual code for each
software vendor.
Code of the coupled HASP keys which have same codes can not be recognized by the system. |

What do I have to do if I purchase another license? |

At the time of additional purchase, you can add new license by inputting
newly issued password to RUS tool. Password data is issued by FORUM8 at
your purchase, and you can use it alongside with other licenses. |

What should I do when I replace the server? |
| A3-2. |
In general, when the server which manages License Manager is replaced, problem might occur: If information linked to the server (protection ) cannot be used and client machine can not recognize the License Manager.
In this case, you must set up NETHASP.ini again.
In your CD-ROM, select "protect tool" "Setting tool of NetPRO" and make NETHASP.ini file for each machine and specify the machine connecting protection key.
How to set NETHASP.ini(TCP/IP protocol)
- Start " NetPRO environment setting tool".
- Select "Set NetPRO server in TCP/IP environment" and press "next".
- Input IP address or DNS name of NetPRO connecting machine as IP address
or DNS host name
- Press "create" button and create NETHASP.ini that you have set.
- Save NETHASP.ini in the folder where execution file is located.
When you would like to apply this NetPRO settings to all products installed in the server, copy the setting to Windows folder(NT/2000: Winnt folder). Please note that NETHASP.ini is searched in order of "Product folder"-->"windows folder". |
